ModLog

Privacy Policy

A plain-language beta privacy policy for ModLog.

ModLog stores the account, vehicle, maintenance, modification, mileage, upload, and feedback information you provide so the app can display your digital garage.

Your garage records are protected by Supabase row level security so signed-in users can only access their own records.

Vehicle media is stored in private Supabase Storage. ModLog uses short-lived signed links so signed-in users can view their own uploads while keeping receipts and photos out of public storage.

If you volunteer for product research, ModLog stores the contact and screening responses you submit so it can determine fit and contact you about that research. The first email is confirmation-only; ModLog will not schedule an interview unless the recipient confirms the submission. Research participation is voluntary, and volunteers are not added to a marketing list. ModLog keeps research contact data only while it is needed for selection, the interview round, and any separately permitted follow-up, then deletes or de-identifies it. You can use the support page to withdraw or request earlier deletion; a withdrawal is excluded from research reporting.

ModLog does not sell personal data. Premium billing is handled by Stripe. ModLog stores billing status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, but does not store card numbers or full payment method details.
